Internship Opportunities

CPRI Barbados is a not for profit organization providing the demonstration and education of permaculture in partnership with the Global Environment Facility (GEF) Small Grants Programme (SGP) of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and other local and international partner organizations.

CPRI’s mission is to work with individuals and communities, local & worldwide to expand the knowledge and practice of integrated, sustainable agriculture and culture, using the whole-systems approach of permaculture design. Currently CPRI offers education in the form of short courses, permaculture education day courses and intensive Permaculture Design Certificate (PDC) courses.

CPRI Barbados seeks to enhance its education product through the meaningful engagement of locals and international students in hands on experiential learning. Through its internship program CPRI will offer a variety of opportunities with the goal of educating and engaging individuals who will promote permaculture throughout the community, and serve as a steward of CPRI in promoting its education, community, and regenerative practices. CPRI seeks to provide ongoing engagement opportunities to interns which may surpass the period of internship.
